Totally excited!

I'm halfway through packing for our move next week, and all my precious ponies are already stached away.. :( But, then these little lovelies arrived and brightened my afternoon:

They just need a tender cleaning. After the move. They'll just get dusty during.

(Also, my dear friend Malin Schneider paid me a visit! We had a good time watching "One for the money" and "Hugo" *hearts*))

Here's the long longed for blog-entry about the Think Ink-crews adventures in Stockholm in April at the Stockholm International Comics Festival (previously; Small Press Expo):

We had a lot of visitors.

During the weekend, we held our very first contest; Name the Pony!

Frida Larsson won third price with "Sweet Cherry Inkdrop".

Second place winner Helena Hellman! Her name suggestion was "Lord Ponymort"

And here's the happy winner! Silvy Strand's suggestion "Inkwell" is now the name of the Think Ink pony! 

A big congratulation to the winners and a BIG thank you to everyone who participated!

The winners got Think Ink-goodies and Silvy got an original, framed picture by Diana. (Lucky her!)

I also did a zillion other fun, interesting and inspiering stuff at the festival, and here's some pics of that:

Bad humor, I know, but we still think it's funny.. 

And, as if things weren't awesome enough: Think Ink got FANBOY COOKIES!! YAY! Thank you! <3

Just finished inking my contribution to the AltCom anthology! Think I've portrayed my opinion on the theme "Borders" pretty well. I hope they'll like it and consider using it for the festival :) The picture still needs to be scanned and somewhat cleaned up before I can send it, though...

Interview with Lena Furberg in Bild&Bubbla

One of the many upsides and priviledges of working in the Swedish comic industry is to meet all the inspiering (and totally awesome!!) artists and writers! Both native and international.

Through Bild & Bubbla (Scandinavia's firstmost magazine about comics) I got the chance to meet and
interview one of my biggest childhood heroes (she's still my hero!); Lena Furberg, this fall. I had a great time! She really is a honest and humble person, and I felt very empowered, encouraged and inspired after meeting her.

She kindly accepted me visiting her home and doing this interview, and now the issue's out! Featuring my interview and a special art- and sketches section with her work! Exciiiiting!

.. Tomorrow I'll seriously start up my work with Seriescenen for this fall's Book Fair in Gothenburg. I'm very  much looking forward to it!
